Bianca Virnig has decades of experience in the health and safety field. As a former OSHA investigator and OSHA consultant, she knows what to look for. She got her start at a mom-and-pop electronics company and understands the challenges facing small employers. Bianca is passionate about the intersection of education and healthcare and strives for reasonable solutions to tough problems.
Virnig Consulting is a small, woman-owned business specializing in health, safety and accessibility. Bianca has more than 20 years of experience working with small businesses, schools and counties. She served as the regional COVID coordinator helping metro area schools navigate the pandemic and managed a 2 year 6 million dollar CDC COVID-19 workforce grant.
With extensive knowledge in safety regulations, Bianca is able to assist clients in understanding their obligations as well as identifying opportunities that improve health, safety and accessibility for all customers and staff. She is a resource for helping improve program access and implementing transition plans.
In her free time, she serves the people of 52B and Minnesota in the House of Representatives. She also serves on her local elementary PTO and is a board member of the Tait Lake Association in Lutsen. She enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and golden doodle named Oona.
